Aloha! I’m Dr. Melissa Pae, a board-certified Physician Associate with over 15 years of experience practicing medicine here in Hawaiʻi.

My approach to aesthetics is rooted in both science and intention—combining advanced medical training with a deep respect for natural beauty. I hold a Doctorate in Medical Sciences (DMSc) with a concentration in Emergency Management and Global Health, and I continue to stay at the forefront of the field through ongoing education and hands-on experience.

In addition to my work in aesthetics, I regularly participate in global health missions, providing care to underserved communities in some of the world’s most remote regions. These experiences have shaped my philosophy of care—grounded in compassion, precision, and integrity.

Here in Kailua, my goal is simple: to enhance your natural features in a way that feels balanced, refreshed, and authentically you—never overdone.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me in the ocean—diving, surfing, or shelling with my three (wild but wonderful) boys. I’m also a lifelong animal lover, and our growing ʻohana includes more four-legged (and feathered) members than I can count—most recently, ducks.
